Actor
Grace Caroline Currey (birthname: Grace Caroline Fulton) has worked as a child and adult actor since age four; after several years of mostly supporting roles, she landed a co-starring role in
Scott Mann’s action thriller,
Fall (2022), with
Virginia Gardner and
Mason Gooding. Currey’s first feature credit (as Grace Fulton) was a co-starring role in Francesco Lucente’s drama,
Badland (2007), with Vinessa Shaw and Joe Morton.
Her first role in a wider release was supported in the supernatural horror prequel,
Annabelle: Creation (2017), with Anthony LaPaglia and Miranda Otto. Currey’s next supporting role was as the sister of the hero of the long-in-development DC Extended Universe movie,
Shazam! (2019), with Zachary Levi, Mark Strong, and
Djimon Hounsou, earning a modest profit with a $366 million worldwide gross.
In 2020 (though the film wasn’t released theatrically until 2022), Currey appeared with the ensemble of Mira Sorvino, Andy Buckley, Keith David, and Paul Sorvino in writer-director Eric Ustian’s comedy
Most Guys Are Losers. Currey is reviving her role as Super Hero Mary in director David F. Sandberg’s sequel,
Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2022), with Helen Mirren and Lucy Liu.
