Priscilla Shirer was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, by parents Tony (pastor) and Lois Evans. Shirer has one brother, Jonathan Evans. Shirer attended and graduated from Duncanville High School and attended the University of Houston, where she interned at a Christian radio station. Shirer graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary, from which she earned a master’s degree in biblical studies. Shirer has been married to hotel executive Jerry Shirer since 1999; the couple has three children.
