Balthazar is a wealthy Manhattan teenager who makes dramatic videos pleading for stricter gun laws, primarily to impress his activist crush, Eleanor. Then a troll named Solomon starts mocking his videos online. Balthazar becomes convinced Solomon is planning a school shooting. So he flies to Texas, alone, to stop it. Whether his motives are heroic or narcissistic, and whether Solomon is who Balthazar thinks he is, the film explores slowly.
